Is serving versus/
singling* my self righteousness?/
What would Jesus do?
*Singling: Any actions done by singles for the sole purpose of mingling, getting to know other singles, with no apparent redemptive value to humanity (bar hopping, dancing, hiking in a singles group, etc.)
When I start asking/
if a belief is Christian,/
I then ask: “Am I?”
Just because someone
You trust
falls off the path,
into the abyss,
don’t follow him down,
but carry on until he
starts the climb back.
Then reach down,
extend your hand
with love,
and help him join you,
and perhaps again lead you
on the path upward.
Because that’s what
He hopes you’ll do.
