Moving? I’ll raise my hand
to volunteer;
to hold the other end.
I’ve always been here.

Always been a guy
to help people move.
I couldn’t say why;
it’s just what we do.

My folks would get the call,
Grandparents and uncles, too.
Brothers, sisters, without fail:
we’d help people move.

And now you’re heading down a new road,
just call me: I’ll help you lift your load.
