You Don’t Belong Silence and Self Protection: Revolutionary Haikus

these were written probably in 2011/2012 on the back of an envelope.

It’s the silence, the/
not knowing, that hurts the worst./
The “You don’t belong.”

AND

For “understanding”,/
she thanked me (sarcastically)./
I just protect me.
OR
I’m protecting me.
