Usually these would be separate postings, but they all deal with the same emotion and situation, so I thought it’d be interesting to group together. They start with the earliest first, and progress through the period of a couple of days.

The moon is still up./
I am, too. She may be, but/
I’ll never know it.

I Am Not Old, Dude: Romantic ImproVerse Rhyming Haiku
Your old dudes could stay
far away from you but that’s/
something I can’t do.

She could just tell me/
the truth. It would hurt much less/
than me not knowing.

She went from goo and/
“I miss you!” to nothing at/
all. That is painful.
Or

a mirror and think you see/
