Misunderstanding Getting Out: Romantic ConTEXTing Haiku

She said “I can let/
myself out,” not “You don’t have/
to get out.” I goofed.

Note: Actually, when we talked about it a few minutes after writing this haiku, I discovered she did say: “You don’t have/
to get out.” Ouch.
