Half Moon Bay Mist Kiss: Romantic IMprov Sonnet Lament

Who are you kissing/
in Half Moon Bay?/
Aren’t you my lips missing?/
Now that I’m far away?/

Or was it just a brief/
encounter, by chance,/
that brought us relief,/
but, alas! No romance?/

As you look out /
over your mist ocean view,/
can you ever doubt/
that I, oft, do too?/

And wonder what or whom I’m missing today/
when I’m not kissing at Half Moon Bay.
