I’m Sorry That I Didn’t Call: Late Night Email Revolutionary Poetry

I’m sorry that I didn’t call.

I didn’t want to bother you at all.
I finished what I said I would;
edited it and made it good.
 
And then, struck by the muse,
I wrote another poem for youse.
It’s posted now, for you to see.
That’s why you didn’t get
no call from me.
